Job Description: Fintech Cloud is looking for motivated and target-oriented Collection Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customers professionally while following up on pending loan repayments.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesContact customers regarding pending loan repayments and overdue EMIs.
- Follow up with customers through calls and other approved communication channels.
- Explain repayment schedules and assist customers with payment-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection updates.
- Achieve assigned collection targets while maintaining professional customer relationships.
- Follow company policies and ethical collection practices.
- RequirementsMinimum 3–6 months of experience in collections, telecalling, loan recovery or a similar role.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Ability to work towards targets and handle customers professionally.
