Job Title: Delivery Rider Executive

Job Summary:

Responsible for collecting, transporting, and delivering parcels, documents, and shipments to customers within the assigned delivery area. Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, maintain proper handling of shipments, collect payments when required, and provide excellent customer service while following company policies and road safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect shipments from the branch, warehouse, or distribution centre for delivery.

Deliver parcels, documents, and packages to customers within the committed timelines.

Verify shipment details, delivery addresses, and customer information before delivery.

Obtain customer signatures, OTP verification, or proof of delivery as required.

Update delivery status and shipment records using a mobile application or delivery management system.

Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and submit collected amounts according to company procedures.

Coordinate with the operations team, supervisors, and customers regarding delivery issues.





Ensure the safe handling and security of shipments during transportation.

Follow the assigned delivery route and comply with traffic rules and road safety standards.

Maintain delivery records, vehicle documents, and daily delivery reports.

Report failed deliveries, damaged shipments, address issues, and customer complaints to the supervisor.

Achieve daily delivery targets while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
