Job DescriptionWe are hiring candidates for Voice Process Executive and Chat Support Executive positions in an International BPO process in Jaipur.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through voice calls or chat.
- Provide professional customer support and resolve customer issues.
- Communicate effectively with international customers.
- Maintain service quality and follow company guidelines.
- Deliver a positive customer experience.
- Required SkillsExcellent English communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts,



including night shifts.
- Willingness to work from the office in Jaipur.
