Job DescriptionWe are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented candidates for the position of Telecaller & Counsellor. The selected candidate will contact potential students, explain our courses, provide career guidance, follow up with inquiries, and convert interested candidates into admissions.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to students interested in photo and video editing courses.
- Explain course details, fees, duration, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students according to their interests and career goals.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain student inquiry records and update lead status regularly.




- Handle student questions professionally and build positive relationships.
- Coordinate with the team to improve student admissions and sales performance.
- Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
- Ability to handle calls and follow up with potential students.
- Positive attitude and a target-oriented mindset.
- EligibilityMinimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in telecalling, educational counselling, or sales will be an advantage.
