Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and well-mannered Pantry Boy to maintain pantry cleanliness, serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors, and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office pantry.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to staff, management, and visitors as required.
2. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry area at all times.
3. Ensure the availability of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, drinking water, and other pantry supplies.
4. Clean and maintain cups, glasses, utensils, and pantry equipment.
5. Arrange refreshments for meetings, guests, and office events.
6. Keep the office meeting rooms and refreshment areas clean and organized after use.
7. Inform the Admin Department about pantry stock shortages and replenishment requirements.
8. Follow office hygiene standards and maintain proper food-handling practices.

Assist the Administration Department with pantry-related tasks as required.
10. Perform other duties assigned by the Admin Manager or HR Department.

- Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Minimum 10th Pass preferred.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in office pantry services or a similar role preferred.
- Skills: Basic communication skills, cleanliness, punctuality, and a helpful attitude.
- Personal Qualities: Well-mannered, trustworthy, responsible, and disciplined.
- Required SkillsGood hospitality and service skills.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Time management and attention to detail.
- Polite and skilled behaviour with staff, management, and visitors.
