We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Sales Head who can bring in student admissions, manage our existing sales team, and help improve the overall sales process.

What you’ll do:

- Call leads, counsel students, follow up with them, and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Encourage students to visit our academy for in-person counseling.
- Help generate recent leads and find ways to bring in more students.
- Manage and guide our existing sales team to improve their performance.
- Develop better ways to follow up with students and increase admissions.

Who we’re looking for:

- Someone with experience in sales, preferably in education, edtech, or course sales.
- Someone who can sell personally while also managing and training others.
- Someone with good communication, convincing,



and follow-up skills.

Salary: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives linked to student admissions, course selection, and fees collected.

Important: This is a hands-on role. We need someone who can do the sales work themselves, not just manage a team.
