- Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Experience: 4–8 years in civil site execution, structural installation, or related activities.

- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in modular mounting structures, supports, fixtures, foundations, anchoring, alignment, and levelling.

- Drawing & Quality: Ability to read basic civil/structural drawings and ensure quality workmanship, material utilization, and installation standards.

- Location & Safety: Willingness to work across Uttar Pradesh at solar project sites, coordinating with site engineers and adhering to safety standards.
