Job OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to connect with potential customers, explain our digital marketing services, generate leads, and schedule meetings to support business growth.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and business owners.
- Generate leads and identify customer requirements.
- Explain company services, including website development, SEO, social media marketing, Google Business Profile management, and Meta Ads.
- Follow up with interested leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule appointments and sales meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up reports.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build good relationships.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead-generation or sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to convert leads into clients.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills in Telugu and basic English.




- Hindi communication is an advantage.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle customer objections and follow up consistently.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset.
- EligibilityMinimum qualification: Intermediate or any degree.
- Freshers can apply; training will be provided.
- Previous telecalling, telesales, or customer-service experience is an advantage.
