- Key Responsibilities? Call customers regarding overdue loan payments.
- ? Follow up with customers to ensure timely repayments.
- ? Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- ? Negotiate repayment plans and payment commitments (PTP).
- ? Maintain accurate call records and collection MIS.
- ? Follow company policies and applicable RBI guidelines.

- ✅ Candidate RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in loan collection or recovery.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of DPD buckets, PTP, and overdue payment follow-ups.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
