# Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct detailed patient consultations and understand their dietary habits, lifestyle, medical history, and health goals.

2. Prepare personalized nutrition plans based on individual needs, preferences, medical conditions, and clinical guidance.

3. Educate patients about healthy eating, portion control, balanced nutrition, weight management, and lifestyle modifications.

4. Counsel patients with Type 2 Diabetes, obesity, hypertension, high cholesterol, fatty liver, PCOS, and other lifestyle-related conditions within the scope of practice.

5. Monitor patient progress, including weight, dietary adherence,



lifestyle habits, and relevant clinical parameters.

6. Conduct regular follow-up calls and consultations to improve patient engagement and adherence to the program.

7. Motivate patients to follow nutrition plans and develop sustainable healthy habits.

8. Maintain accurate patient records, consultation notes, follow-up reports, and progress updates.

9. Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.

10. Identify patients who need additional support and escalate clinical concerns to the supervising doctor.

11. Collect patient feedback and, with appropriate consent, support the clinic in obtaining genuine patient reviews and testimonials.

12. Help improve patient satisfaction, retention, and overall program outcomes.

13. Participate in team meetings, clinical training sessions, and continuous professional development activities.
