Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer – Water Treatment to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of water treatment systems, ensuring efficient performance and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Install, commission, operate, and maintain water treatment plants and equipment.
- Service and troubleshoot RO plants, water softeners, DM plants, filtration systems, and other water treatment equipment.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of water treatment systems.
- Monitor water quality parameters such as pH, TDS, conductivity, and hardness.
- Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Perform site inspections and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
- Prepare service reports and maintain maintenance records.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers.




- Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for service-related activities.
- Follow safety procedures and company service standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 1–3 years of experience in water treatment or a related industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of STP, ETP, WTP, RO plants, water softeners, filtration systems, pumps, and dosing systems etc.
- Basic understanding of water quality testing and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
- A valid driving license with Two wheeler.
