We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Business Development Executive with prior experience in the EdTech industry to join our growing sales team.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in converting leads into enrollments, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Connect with prospective parents and students through calls, WhatsApp, and online consultations.

* Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments.

* Understand parents’ requirements and recommend suitable educational programs.

* Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.





* Follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.

* Build strong relationships with parents to encourage renewals and referrals.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.

Eligibility Criteria

* Prior EdTech sales experience is mandatory.

* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or educational counseling.

* Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

* Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.

* Experience selling online educational programs or courses to parents is preferred.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

* Strong follow-up skills and proficiency in CRM tools.
