Job Description – Civil & Electrical Site Engineer

Position: Civil & Technical Site Engineer

Location: Project/Site Location

Experience: 2–4 Years

Employment Type: Full Time

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil and technical site activities.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor civil works including foundations, excavation, PCC/RCC, cable trenching, equipment installation, and related works.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality standards.
- Check measurements, prepare BOQs, DPRs, site reports, and work progress updates.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required at site.
- Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of technical works.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper safety practices and compliance with site safety requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain records of work progress, quality, and punch points.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.




- Review drawings and identify any discrepancies or site requirements.
- Prepare and submit measurement sheets, inspection requests, completion reports, and other project documentation.
- Travel to project sites as required.
- Knowledge of substation site testing.

Required Skills

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or relevant technical discipline.
- 3–4 years of relevant site execution experience.
- Good knowledge of civil construction and technical and Electrical installation activities.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and BOQs.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, AutoCAD, and site documentation.
- Ability to manage site manpower and subcontractors.
- Willingness to work at project locations and travel as required.
