- Manage and supervise manpower deployment across multiple client sites.
- Ensure 100% manpower availability as per site requirements.
- Handle recruitment requirements and coordinate with the HR/recruitment team for urgent vacancies.
- Monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, replacements, and manpower shortages.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
- Maintain robust relationships with clients and address operational concerns promptly.
- Ensure proper grooming, uniform, discipline, and conduct of deployed staff.
- Coordinate with Site Supervisors and Operations Managers for smooth functioning.
- Resolve employee and client grievances within defined timelines.
- Monitor staff performance and take corrective action wherever required.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
- Track site requirements, manpower budgets, and operational expenses.
- Support client retention and identify opportunities for additional manpower/business.
- Ensure all sites maintain required service standards and KPIs.
- Take immediate action in case of absenteeism, manpower shortage, complaints, or emergencies.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and senior management for operational requirements.
