TIFA Education Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Female Admission Counsellor for our Mansarovar Branch.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in admission counselling or educational sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Counsel students and parents regarding qualified courses, career opportunities, and skill development programs.
2. Handle student inquiries and convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions.
3. Explain course features, benefits, fee structures, and career prospects effectively.
4. Follow up with interested students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
5.
Manage admission-related inquiries and maintain accurate student records.
6. Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure a positive admission experience.
7. Coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth admission operations.
Requirements:
1. Graduate in any stream.
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in admission counselling, educational sales, or student counselling.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
4. Strong follow-up, lead conversion, and customer-handling abilities.
5. Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
