- Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Follow up with new and existing leads regularly.
- Explain products, pricing, and customization options to customers.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers regarding orders.
- Maintain customer details and follow-up records in CRM.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain qualified communication with customers.
- Requirements Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to follow up with customers and close sales.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
