In this role as an individual contributor, you will take charge of achieving monthly client retention and renewal targets, providing you with an excellent chance to demonstrate your skills and make a meaningful impact inthe company's success.

Key Accountabilities:

 Conduct daily 4-5 in-person client meetings to ensure client satisfaction and platformutilization

 Maximize revenue through upselling and cross selling

 Ensure systematic follow-up, time-bound closures and prompt resolution of complaints
