Job Title: Telecaller / Calling Executive

Job Location: Wakad, Pune, Maharashtra

- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Introduce company products, including OBD cables, connectors, and automotive diagnostic accessories.
- Contact customers to generate recent business leads and sales enquiries.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, product requirements, and orders.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain regular communication.
- Share product catalogues and company details through WhatsApp or email.
- Maintain daily calling reports and update customer information in Excel or CRM.
- Build good relationships with customers and support the sales team.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; basic English is an advantage.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-focused approach.
