Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process, including identifying tender opportunities, preparing tender documents, submitting bids, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSearch and identify relevant tenders on government and private portals such as GeM, CPPP, and other e-tendering platforms.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and submit tender documents within the specified deadlines.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, technical, and management teams to collect required information and approvals.
- Prepare technical bids, commercial bids, quotations, and supporting documents.
- Manage EMD (Earnest Money Deposit), tender fees, bank guarantees, and other tender-related requirements.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders,



quotations, results, and important deadlines.
- Handle online tender registration, document uploads, and digital signature certificates (DSC).
- Follow up on tender status, bid opening, results, and purchase orders.
- Ensure compliance with tender conditions and company policies.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain a tender submission tracker.
- Required SkillsKnowledge of government and private tendering procedures.
- Familiarity with GeM, CPPP, and e-procurement portals.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PDF documentation.
- Solid communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of commercial terms, quotations, and bid preparation.
