- Supervise and manage field recovery executives and telecallers.
- Monitor daily customer visits, collections, and recovery targets.
- Allocate areas and follow up on pending payments.
- Prepare daily performance reports and ensure target achievement.
- Coordinate with clients and management for smooth recovery operations.
Requirements: Positive communication, team management, and field recovery experience. Experience in banking/NBFC collections preferred.
