We are looking for a motivated Field Executive to represent our company and support day-to-day field operations. The successful candidate will visit customers and business locations, build positive relationships, and help ensure targets and service standards are met.

Key responsibilities

- Visit assigned customers, retailers, or sites according to the daily schedule.
- Promote the company’s products or services and explain their advantages.
- Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and support sales conversions.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and promptly address routine concerns.
- Collect market feedback and report competitor activity.
- Complete visit records, reports, and other required documentation accurately.




- Coordinate with the office team to resolve customer or operational issues.
- Meet assigned activity, service, and performance targets.

Requirements

- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable travelling within the assigned territory.
- Basic smartphone and record-keeping skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Previous field sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
- A valid driving licence and access to reliable transport may be required, depending on the role.
