- 10-13 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong experience in hiring Top Management, Middle Management, and Operational-level positions.
- Experience working with recruitment consultants and job portals.
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment MIS reporting.
