- Job Responsibilities:Field Sales team ko manage aur lead karna.
- Local shops aur markets mein jaakar Airtel QR Code aur Soundbox sell karna.
- Shopkeepers ko QR Code aur Soundbox ke benefits explain karna.
- Current merchants ko onboard karna aur sales badhana.
- Team ko daily aur monthly sales targets achieve karne mein guide karna.
- Team ki daily performance monitor karna aur sales report share karna.
- Merchant registration aur device activation ensure karna.
- Eligibility Criteria:Field Sales mein Team Leader ka experience mandatory hai.
- QR Code, Soundbox, Banking, Fintech ya Telecom sales ka experience preferred hai.
- Good communication aur team-handling skills honi chahiye.
- Fieldwork aur market visits ke liye comfortable hona chahiye.
- Sales targets achieve karne ki ability honi chahiye.
