We are hiring Call Center Executives (Hindi) for our Inbound Hindi Call Center. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, understanding customer requirements, providing product information, taking orders, taking orders, and resolving customer queries.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass + Basic Computer Knowledge
Excellent Hindi communication skills.
Positive listening and customer-handling skills.
Salary - 18,800/- CTC + Incentive on Work Performance
Location - Vasundhra Sector-4B, Ghaziabad (UP)
