1. Job SummaryDr Heal Pain Cure Hospital is looking for a qualified and compassionate Dietician to assess patients’ nutritional needs, develop personalized diet plans, and provide nutritional guidance to support recovery, pain management, weight management, and overall health and wellness.

- 2. Key ResponsibilitiesAssess patients’ nutritional status, dietary habits, medical history, and health goals.
- Prepare individualized diet plans based on patients’ medical conditions and nutritional requirements.
- Provide dietary counselling for patients with obesity, arthritis, joint pain, lifestyle disorders, and other relevant conditions.
- Recommend appropriate dietary modifications to support pain management, mobility, recovery, and general well-being.
- Educate patients on healthy eating habits, portion control, hydration, and balanced nutrition.
- Monitor patients’ progress and modify diet plans according to their response and requirements.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient nutrition records, diet charts, counselling notes, and follow-up reports.
- Explain the importance of nutrition and lifestyle changes to patients and their caregivers.
- Conduct nutritional awareness sessions and health education programmes when required.
- Follow hospital protocols, patient confidentiality requirements, and applicable clinical nutrition standards.




- Support patient follow-ups and encourage adherence to prescribed dietary recommendations.
- 3. Educational QualificationsB.Sc. in Nutrition and Dietetics, Clinical Nutrition, or an equivalent relevant qualification.
- M.Sc. in Nutrition and Dietetics or Clinical Nutrition will be an added advantage.
- Relevant professional registration or certification, where applicable.
- 4. Required SkillsStrong knowledge of clinical nutrition and therapeutic diet planning.
- Good communication and patient counselling skills.
- Ability to prepare customized diet plans based on individual needs.
- Basic computer skills and patient record management.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Empathy, patience, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- 5. Experience1–5 years of relevant experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Freshers with the appropriate qualifications and strong counselling skills may also be considered.
- 6. Performance Indicators (KPIs)Quality and accuracy of individualized diet plans.
- Patient counselling effectiveness and satisfaction.
- Patient follow-up completion and dietary adherence.
- Accuracy and timely maintenance of nutrition records.
- Coordination with the medical team.
- Contribution to patient education and nutrition awareness programmes.
- 7. Working ConditionsFull-time position at Dr Heal Pain Cure Hospital, HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
- Must adhere to hospital policies, professional ethics, and patient confidentiality standards.
