- Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers through phone calls and follow up on overdue loan payments.
- Remind customers about payment due dates and outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with customers to resolve payment delays and arrange repayment schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Meet monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Handle customer queries and payment-related issues professionally.
- Visit customers when required for payment follow-ups.
- Prepare daily collection reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
- Follow company policies and applicable regulations during the collection process.
- Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
