Job DescriptionWe are looking for a confident, proactive, and sales-oriented Female Telecaller to handle customer enquiries, follow up on leads, generate sales opportunities, and convert potential customers into confirmed orders for our uPVC and System Aluminium Windows & Doors.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead Follow-up: Call potential customers from the leads received through digital marketing, advertisements, and other sources.
- Customer Enquiry Handling: Attend incoming customer calls, understand their requirements, and provide relevant product information.
- Sales Generation: Identify customer needs and generate sales opportunities through effective communication.
- Sales Conversion: Follow up with interested customers, explain product advantages, address basic queries, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Quotation Follow-up: Contact customers regarding quotations shared and follow up until a decision is made.
- Appointment Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team to arrange site visits, measurements, and customer meetings.
- Customer Relationship Management:



Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers.
- Lead Management: Maintain customer databases, update lead status, and submit daily call and follow-up reports.
- Target Achievement: Work towards assigned calling, lead conversion, and sales targets.
- Skills & RequirementsExcellent communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Hindi communication is an added advantage.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in WhatsApp.
- Positive attitude, convincing ability, and a strong interest in sales.
- Ability to follow up consistently and achieve sales targets.
- Freshers with good communication skills and experienced candidates are welcome.
