Job SummaryWe are looking for a Technical Trainer to deliver practical, hands-on training in Data Analytics, Data Science, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to students and working professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom, online, and corporate training sessions.
- Explain technical concepts using practical examples and real-world projects.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide learners through hands-on projects and case studies.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide feedback.
- Support interview preparation and project development.
- Constant training content updation on emerging technologies.

Required Technical Skills

- Advanced Excel: Formulas, functions, Pivot Tables, and dashboards.
- Power BI: Power Query, DAX, data modelling, and interactive dashboards.
- Tableau: Data visualization, calculated fields, filters, and dashboards.
- SQL: Queries, joins, subqueries, and database fundamentals.
- Python Programming: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib.
- R Programming: Statistical analysis, data manipulation, and visualization.
- Data Analytics: Data cleaning, EDA, statistics, and reporting.
- Data Science: Machine learning fundamentals, model building, and evaluation.




- Generative AI (GenAI): LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering, AI tools, and AI-powered applications.
- Agentic AI: AI agents, tool calling, workflow automation, multi-step reasoning, and agent frameworks.
- AI/ML: Fundamentals of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and practical applications.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, AI/ML, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of relevant training or industry experience.
- Strong technical knowledge and practical project experience in one or more relevant domains.
- Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners.
- Preferred SkillsExperience in student or corporate training.
- Hands-on experience with analytics dashboards, machine learning models, GenAI applications, or AI agents.
- Ability to develop practical exercises and industry-based projects.
