We are looking for a hands-on Area-cum-Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of multiple cloud kitchens and restaurant outlets across locations and brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to SOPs.
- Monitor food quality, order accuracy, customer satisfaction, hygiene, and service standards.
- Control food costs, wastage, manpower expenses, and overall operating costs.
- Manage staffing, hiring, training, attendance, and staff performance.
- Track sales, profitability, aggregator performance (Zomato/Swiggy), and outlet-wise KPIs.
- Ensure inventory control, stock management, and timely procurement.
- Conduct regular outlet audits and implement corrective actions.
- Drive operational efficiency, sales growth, and profitability across all locations.

Requirements:

- 3–6 years of experience in restaurant, QSR, or cloud kitchen operations.
- Experience managing multiple outlets and preferably multiple brands.
- Solid leadership, team management, problem-solving, and cost-control skills.
- Hands-on approach with good knowledge of restaurant operations and food aggregators.
