Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to handle incoming inquiries, connect with prospective customers, understand their property requirements, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in the real estate industry.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming inquiries from various sources, including digital marketing campaigns, property portals, social media, and referrals.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on generated leads.
- Understand customers’ property requirements, budgets, preferred locations, and investment objectives.
- Explain project details, property features, pricing, payment plans, and available offers to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits or appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.




- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective lead management.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maintain engagement and improve conversion opportunities.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling, lead qualification, and site-visit targets.
- Provide timely feedback on customer inquiries, objections, and market requirements.
- Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in sales or marketing will be preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, customer service, or real estate sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up systematically.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market will be an added advantage.
