What You'll Be SellingYou'll handle interested inbound enquiries for:

- Germany Opportunity Card: Counselling and sales for Germany's job-search and career mobility pathway.
- Australia Immigration Services: Skilled migration and relevant immigration advisory services.
- Canada Immigration Services: Immigration and career mobility consultation services.
- Professional Resume Services: ATS-optimised resumes, professional CV writing, resume enhancement, and career support solutions.
- What You'll DoEngage with inbound leads who have already shown interest in our partner's services.
- Conduct structured counselling sessions through phone calls, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
- Understand each prospect's professional background, immigration interests, and service requirements.
- Explain relevant programmes, services, pricing, and next steps accurately.
- Convert interested prospects into paying customers through consultative selling.
- Follow up with active enquiries, address objections, and close sales.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell qualified resume and career services.
- Manage your CRM pipeline, customer communication, and sales performance.
- Coordinate with the partner's operations team for smooth client onboarding.

This is a completely office-based sales role focused on converting interested inbound enquiries through digital communication.

Who We're Looking ForPrevious immigration industry experience is strictly mandatory.

- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in immigration counselling, visa consultancy sales, or immigration services sales.
- Experience counselling and converting clients for Canada, Australia, Germany, or other immigration destinations.
- Strong knowledge of immigration sales processes, customer qualification, counselling, and objection handling.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confidence in closing high-value immigration service packages.
- Experience managing leads, follow-ups, and sales pipelines through CRM systems.
- A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with a strong desire to maximise earnings.
- A professional and ethical approach to immigration counselling.
