Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and responsible Civil & Cabling Site Supervisor / Site Engineer who has positive practical knowledge of civil works, structured cabling installation, site execution, and technical drawings.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising and executing work at project sites in Lucknow. The person should be highly proficient in reading, understanding, preparing, and interpreting technical/site drawings and should be capable of coordinating with technicians and workers to ensure that work is completed correctly as per the approved drawing and project requirements.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage day-to-day work at project sites.
- Execute and monitor civil works and cabling installation activities.
- Read and understand technical, civil, electrical, networking and site layout drawings.
- Prepare or modify basic site drawings, layouts and installation drawings as required.
- Ensure work is executed strictly according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise LAN/network cabling, CAT6/CAT6A cabling, conduit, PVC/GI pipe, cable tray, rack and related installation work.
- Coordinate civil activities such as cutting, drilling, mounting, routing, finishing and other required site work.
- Guide technicians, helpers and other site manpower and allocate work accordingly.
- Take site measurements and plan cable routes and equipment locations.
- Check the quality of installation and workmanship at the site.
- Coordinate with the project/client team regarding site requirements and execution.




- Identify site-level technical issues and provide practical solutions.
- Maintain daily work progress and report the status to management.
- Ensure proper utilization of material and avoid unnecessary wastage.
- Follow site safety standards and ensure proper working practices by the team.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of civil and site execution work.
- Practical knowledge of structured cabling and cable installation.
- Excellent ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Candidate should be confident in preparing and working according to site drawings/layouts.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drawing software will be highly preferred.
- Understanding of cable trays, conduits, racks, network points and cable routing.
- Ability to take accurate site measurements.
- Good manpower handling and site supervision skills.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, technicians and project teams.
- Problem-solving ability and willingness to work practically at project sites.
- Qualification & ExperienceITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, Electronics or related technical field preferred.
- Candidates with strong practical site experience may also apply irrespective of qualification.
- Prior experience in civil work, networking/cabling projects, ELV, CCTV, structured cabling or IT infrastructure installation will be preferred.
- Candidate should have hands-on site experience and should be comfortable working independently at project locations.
