* Minimum 5 years of experience in signboard manufacturing and on-site installation.

* Robust knowledge of LED signboards, fabrication, and installation work.

* Ability to manage and supervise a team of 40 workers.

* Excellent coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to ensure all site installations are completed as per schedule.

? Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate a team of 40 employees.

* Supervise signboard manufacturing and on-site installation activities.

* Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely project completion.

* Check the quality of all installations and ensure proper execution.

* Coordinate with clients, site teams, and management.

* Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed at every site.
