- Ice Cream Maker

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation and cooking according to restaurant standards.
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, marinades, and mise en place.
- Prepare Indian dishes and tandoori items according to the assigned role.
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and kitchen standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen workstations and equipment.
- Ensure proper food storage, labelling, and stock rotation.




- Support senior chefs and team members during service.
- Follow food safety standards and minimize food wastage.
- Assist with baking, pastry preparation, and ice cream production according to the assigned role.
- Support daily kitchen operations, including opening, closing, and cleaning activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations or an interest in cooking, baking, Indian cuisine, or tandoor preparation.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
- Good personal hygiene and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or bakeries is preferred.
- Freshers can apply for Commi 3 and Kitchen Helper positions.

- Salary: As per experience and interview performance
