About the Role: We are expanding our on-ground sales team and looking for two highly driven Field Sales Executives. This is a frontline, target-driven role entirely focused on B2B client acquisition, relationship management, and driving volume for our ethoxylation product lines and broader chemical portfolio.

Core Responsibilities:

- Active Field Sales: Conduct consistent, daily field visits to manufacturers, formulators, and distributors to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Product Focus: Drive sales specifically for our ethoxylates, MSO, and other agrochemical offerings.
- Technical & Commercial Communication: Understand customer pain points and clearly communicate product applications, specifications, and commercial terms to close deals.
- Structured Reporting: Maintain rigorous, daily logs of field visits, lead conversions,



and client follow-ups to ensure a data-driven sales process.
- Market Intelligence: Gather on-ground feedback regarding competitor pricing, market dynamics, and emerging product demands.

Who We Are Looking For:

- Proven experience in B2B field sales, ideally within specialty chemicals, surfactants (ethoxylates), or the agrochemical sector.
- A pragmatic, execution-focused mindset—someone who prefers driving results in the field over sitting behind a desk.
- Strong negotiation skills with a direct, no-nonsense communication style.
- Readiness for extensive local and regional travel as required by client distribution.
