- Manage the receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock in the system.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of products.
- Coordinate with the purchase, logistics, and store teams for timely deliveries.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory verification.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company SOPs.
- Prepare daily stock and dispatch reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems.
- Valuable organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or retail industry will be an added advantage.
