Responsible for customer service, order taking, cake cutting, product packing, billing, display arrangement, shelf maintenance, and ensuring a clean, hygienic, and attractive bakery sales area while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend to walk-in customers and assist with product selection.

Take and confirm customer orders accurately.

Cut cakes and other bakery products as per customer requirements.

Pack products neatly, safely, and attractively.

Prepare bills and complete payment transactions.

Ensure correct cash handling and billing closure at the end of the shift.

Arrange, replenish, and maintain product displays throughout the day.

Monitor product freshness and remove expired or damaged items.

Keep display shelves, counters, and service areas clean and organised.

Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.

Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally.

Coordinate with the production team regarding stock availability and special orders.

Support daily opening and closing store activities.
