Job DescriptionSeeking an experienced Civil Engineer to independently manage hotel construction from foundation to final handover, ensuring structural quality, cost efficiency and timely execution.

- Key ResponsibilitiesFoundation: Supervise excavation, dewatering, soil conditions, reinforcement, footing construction and concreting.
- RCC: Execute columns, beams, slabs, shuttering and reinforcement as per approved structural drawings.
- Concrete Technology: Understand M25–M40 concrete mix designs, RMC, batching, slump tests, cube testing, vibration and curing.
- Technical: Interpret structural drawings, prepare/verify BBS, BOQ, quantity estimates and material requirements.
- Contractors: Manage labour contractors, subcontractors, daily productivity and workmanship.
- Cost Control: Verify contractor billing, measurements, procurement,



material reconciliation and wastage.
- Quality: Conduct site inspections, maintain quality records and ensure compliance with IS standards.
- Finishing: Coordinate masonry, waterproofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety and interiors.
- Project Management: Manage schedules, budgets, consultants, progress reporting and final handover.
- Mandatory Requirements7+ years of hands-on RCC building construction experience.
- Proven experience independently managing foundation and structural execution.
- Practical knowledge of M25/M30/M40 concrete, mix design interpretation, testing and quality control.
- Strong expertise in BOQ, BBS, estimation, contractor billing and cost management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Robust leadership, integrity and accountability.

Candidates must have independently handled substantial building construction projects.

Probation: Initial 3 months, subject to performance evaluation.
