- Coordinate with sales teams. Allocate machines, manpower, materials, and production lines.
- Monitor line loading, capacity utilization, and production output.
- Ensure timely execution of work orders and production schedules.
- Work with QA and QC teams to reduce defects and improve first-pass yield.
- Control component wastage, scrap, and excess consumption.
- Ensure on-time delivery of finished products.
- Coordinate with planning, quality, engineering, maintenance, stores, and logistics.
- Prioritize urgent orders and customer escalations.
