Role SummaryWe are looking for a target-driven Recruitment Specialist with 6+ years of hands-on hiring experience and proven team-handling skills. You will own the full recruitment cycle, guide a small team of recruiters, and deliver quality hires within agreed timelines and targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up.
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower needs and define job profiles.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of recruiters, setting daily and weekly targets and reviewing performance.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and databases.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill,



offer-to-join ratio, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, and share regular reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and solid employer branding.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and reduce offer drop-offs.
- Maintain the ATS and recruitment records accurately and keep hiring compliant with company policies.
- Coordinate with vendors and consultants where required.
- Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 6+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years leading or managing a team.
- Strong knowledge of hiring practices, sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and assessment methods.
- Experience with both volume and niche or lateral hiring.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good leadership, coaching, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency with ATS tools and MS Excel/reporting.
