We are looking for energetic and result oriented counselor to promote and convert leads into admission for JEE and NEET coaching program. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationship with students and parents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
· Generate leads through cold calling, field visits,seminars,and digital inquiries.
· Counsel students and parents about JEE/ NEET courses, fee structures and admission process.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/sales target.
· Conduct followups with prospective students to ensure conversions.
· Maintain records of leads, admissions, and followups in CRM or MIS reports.
· Coordinate with the academic and operations team to ensure smooth on boarding of students.
· Represent the institute at events, seminars and promotional activities.
