Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled CCTV Technician responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV surveillance systems at customer locations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and surveillance systems.
- Perform CCTV camera wiring, cabling, and power supply connections.
- Configure IP cameras, network settings, and remote viewing on mobile phones and computers.
- Troubleshoot camera, recording, connectivity, and video display issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and system inspections at customer sites.
- Install and configure PoE switches, routers, and related networking equipment.
- Ensure proper recording, playback, and backup functionality.
- Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues within the agreed timeline.
- Prepare service reports and update the status of completed work.
- Coordinate with the technical support team, vendors, and customers.
- Required Skills and QualificationsITI / Diploma in Electronics,



Electrical, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of DVR, NVR, IP cameras, analog cameras, and video surveillance systems.
- Basic knowledge of networking, IP addressing, LAN, and PoE switches.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, cabling, and connectivity issues.
- Good communication skills and customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
- Preferred ExperienceExperience with Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, or other CCTV brands.
- Knowledge of biometric attendance systems and access control systems is an advantage.
- Experience in handling customer complaints and service calls.
