About the Role

Namma Spirits Private Limited is looking for an organised and proactive HR Operations Intern to support recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance tracking, and daily HR coordination.

This is an on-site role in Goa. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Goa for the internship. Accommodation will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment, including posting vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support onboarding by collecting employee documents, completing joining formalities, and coordinating induction.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Track attendance, leave, and field team reporting, and prepare inputs for payroll review.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate employee acknowledgements of company policies and reporting structures.
- Handle routine employee queries and escalate concerns when required.




- Support employee engagement activities and performance review coordination.
- Assist with exit formalities, handovers, and clearance documentation.
- Prepare basic HR reports and follow up on pending tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Willingness to relocate to Goa and work on-site throughout the internship.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Robust organisational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-up.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate professionally with employees and candidates.
- Previous HR internship experience is helpful but not mandatory.
