Job Description:

A reputed NGO is hiring female candidates for the position of Client Relationship Associate (CRA) at its Noida office.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good Hindi communication skills
- Basic English preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Client relationship management
- Calling and follow-ups
- Candidate coordination
- Data handling and documentation
- Supporting social impact initiatives

Salary & Perks:

- CTC: ₹15,100 per month
