- Assembly & Installation: Fit and assemble structural frameworks and mechanical components using hand tools and power tools.
- Maintenance & Repair: Troubleshoot, service, and repair mechanical systems, pumps, conveyors, and production machinery.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, engineering blueprints, and schematic diagrams to determine layout and assembly sequences.
- Precision Testing: Align, adjust, and calibrate machinery parts to exact tolerances using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, dial indicators).
- Fabrication: Cut, shape, and modify metal or plastic parts using machine tools like lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
