- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality of RCC, brickwork, plastering, and finishing works.
- Manage labour, contractors, and daily work schedules.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Maintain site safety, quality, and housekeeping.
- Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate with the Project Manager.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work.
