? Preferred Candidate Profile:
2+ years of experience in Home Health Coding / OASIS or related US healthcare coding operations
Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM
Ability to independently review clinical documentation
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain defined quality and productivity standards
Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience in OASIS E2, Home Health QA/Audit, CDI, or US Healthcare/RCM will be an advantage
? Preferred Certifications:
CPC / CCS / BCHH-C / HCS-D / COS-C or equivalent
