Role Description The Web Development Intern role at getInternship is a full-time, on-site position based in Roorkee. Interns will work closely with the team to build and improve web-based products, implementing user interfaces, integrating APIs, and contributing to both front-end and back-end features. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, maintainable code, fixing bugs, participating in code reviews,



and following modern development practices and version control workflows.

Interns will collaborate with mentors and peers, assist in testing and debugging, and help refine web design and user experience based on feedback. This role offers hands-on experience in a real product environment, with guidance to support learning and growth as a developer.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Web Development, with exposure to both Front-End Development and Back-End Web Development.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Design and a basic understanding of creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in a collaborative team setting.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or similar technologies; familiarity with at least one backend language or framework is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow coding best practices, and work on-site in Roorkee in a full time capacity.
- Experience with Git and GitHub, problem-solving abilities, and an interest in building real-world products are advantageous.
