What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for a versatile Senior Visual Designer with a strong aesthetic sense and expertise across graphic design, illustration, branding, and motion graphics. The ideal candidate can translate ideas into distinctive visual stories, create original artwork, and develop engaging brand assets across our website, Instagram, campaigns, and other digital touchpoints. We value creative ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to balance experimentation with a consistent brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop visual concepts and creative assets for brand campaigns, Instagram, digital advertisements, website banners, landing pages, and product launches.
- Create original illustrations, digital artwork, patterns, textures, and graphic elements that bring the brand’s personality to life.
- Design cohesive visual identities, layouts, typography, and campaign creatives aligned with Kshm’s aesthetic.
- Create motion graphics, 2D animations, kinetic typography, and engaging video assets for social media and digital campaigns.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling visual narratives, storyboards, and campaign concepts.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to deliver cohesive visuals across the website, Instagram,



and other brand platforms.
- Adapt creative assets to different formats and placements, ensuring visual consistency across digital touchpoints.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining design quality, attention to detail, and delivery timelines.
- Explore new design styles, illustration techniques, and creative tools to keep the brand’s visual communication fresh and relevant.

Skills & Requirements:

- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in visual design, graphic design, illustration, or motion graphics.
- A strong portfolio showcasing illustration, branding, campaign design, and animation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and After Effects, with working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and/or Procreate.
- Experience designing website banners, landing page visuals, Instagram creatives, and digital advertising assets.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create original illustrations and adapt visual styles to different creative requirements.
- A strong aesthetic sensibility, creative problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, and manage deadlines effectively.
- Experience with lifestyle, fashion, wellness, activewear, or D2C brands will be a plus.
