Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Noida for a Wedding Decor Designer and Operations professional. The role involves conceptualizing and designing wedding decor themes, planning layouts for venues, and coordinating with clients to refine design concepts. The professional will oversee vendor coordination, manage timelines, and supervise on-ground setup and dismantling to ensure smooth event operations.

Daily responsibilities include reviewing drawings and mood boards, selecting materials and decor elements, monitoring quality standards, and troubleshooting operational issues during events.



The role also requires close collaboration with the planning team to align decor and logistics with the overall event strategy.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with space planning and interior design to create functional, visually appealing wedding layouts.
- Experience with architecture concepts and construction drawings to interpret venue structures and design installations safely.
- Knowledge of FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection and styling for curated, cohesive decor environments.
- Robust project management and operations skills, including vendor coordination, scheduling, and on-site supervision.
- Proficiency in design tools or software (e.g., CAD, SketchUp, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in wedding decor, events design, or hospitality environments is preferred.
- Relevant degree or diploma in interior design, architecture, event management, or a related field is an advantage.
